2023 Bedrock Vineyard Merlot/Cabernet Sauvignon

The vineyard itself has a long viticultural history starting about 150 years ago when it was founded in 1854 by General William “Tecumseh” Sherman and General Hooker. This vineyard is lovingly farmed with the top organic and regenerative farming practices. The Merlot brings the softer, broader, more velvety component plus some plum notes. The Cabernet contributes the punchy berry flavors of currants, black cherry, and fresh tobacco notes in addition to the firmer part of the structure.
