2022 Rice Spivak Vineyard Pinot Noir

The vineyard produces small clusters with tiny berries of extremely intense, aromatic fruit which certainly shows
through in the glass. This wine was fermented in small open-top fermenters and was 75% de-stemmed with 25% whole cluster fermentation selected for the final blend. We get aromatics of cassis and lavender and then a mélange of darker berry flavors on the palate followed by piquant notes of citrus rind.
