2021 Windsor Oaks Vineyard Sangiovese

Our mission to make reference-level Sangiovese in California continues. This one hits all the notes of cherry, spice, cedar, and iron all wrapped in a silky stylish package.  We age this in large used barrels over two years to allow for slow maturation and preserve freshness. Yields were way down but the vintage was perfect.
