2020 Heintz Vineyard Blanc de Blancs

Picked before the fires started in mid-August, this is one of two wines we were able to make in the infamous 2020 vintage. Aged one year in barrel and 3 years on the lees, this sleek wine combines mineral tension and California bounty together. One 1 g/L of dosage.  Perfectly balanced with hints of kaffir lime, citrus and crème brûlée.  Only 45 cases produced.
